Take a gentle pause from the rush of everyday life and immerse yourself in the art of slow stitching. Using fabric copies of old photographs, vintage fabrics, lace, and treasured textile ephemera, you’ll create a stitched piece layered with history and meaning.
We’ll guide you through simple, mindful hand-stitching techniques that celebrate texture, time-worn beauty, and personal storytelling. Whether you frame your piece, turn it into a wall hanging, or keep it as part of a fabric journal, you’ll leave with a unique creation stitched by hand and heart.
All materials provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own fabric scraps . I will be in touch about images you might like to use in your project nearer the time.

Classes are held at your convenience — you choose the date and the people you want to be creative with (or come on your own).
Classes are available for 1–6 students.
A single-person class is charged at the same rate as a 2-person class.
Groups of 3 or more receive a 10% discount.
Bead Making classes are the exception and require a minimum and maximum of 4 students.
All prices are per person.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a workshop
We try our best to price our workshops fairly and offer good value for money. We therefore have a clear non-refundable policy to ensure that we cover our costs and the ongoing viability of the workshop.
We do appreciate that sometimes-unforeseen circumstances may mean that you can’t attend a workshop so we are happy for you to send along a friend to take your place, we will need their name and contact details prior to the workshop.
If you contact us at least 14 days in advance of the start date of the workshop we can provide a voucher to be used for a future workshop booking.
Our right to cancel a workshop
Should we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances a full refund will be given, we will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.
