Refund policy

We hope that you'll be thrilled with your products when they arrive but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Contact us at info@hoyobotanicals.co.uk for assistance and we'll get back to you promptly.

We take every care to ensure your purchases are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damage may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery.

If you are not happy with the products you have already received, you should notify us within 14 days of delivery and return them to us within 30 days of delivery if they are not opened or used in any way. You will have to arrange and pay the cost of returning them to us. Please ensure you take all the necessary steps and obtain proof of postage.

Please be aware that due to the delicate nature of our products, we cannot issue a refund for used or opened products. Refunds will only be made against the credit/debit card used for purchase.
